Glass Cannon Control: Matchmade
Non-critical damage, and damage against Guardians who are in Supers, is greatly increased. Special ammo is generated at a higher rate. Heavy ammo spawns less frequently. Non-Super ability cooldowns are greatly increased, while Super cooldowns are greatly reduced.
