What the Actium War Rig perks do
Auto-Loading Link
Passively grants 30 Airborne Effectiveness to Auto Rifles and Machine Guns. Refills 10% of readied Auto Rifles' and Machine Guns' magazines (rounded up) every 1.5 seconds. Scoring Auto Rifle or Machine Gun kills grants stacks of Auto-Loading Link. Maximum of 10 stacks. Stacks expire one at a time. Auto-Loading Link grants 1.5% increased damage, ? Stability, and 5 Ammo Generation per stack. The 1st stack lasts 7 seconds, with each subsequent stack having a 0.5 second shorter duration. The 10th stack lasts 2.5 seconds.
