Standing in a Rift or Well of Radiance creates Noble Seekers that seek out allies within 40 meters and apply buffs to them: • Healing Rift Seeker: restores 70 Health, 60 Shields, and starts Health Regeneration • Empowering Rift Seeker: grants 100 Class Stat and 35% [15%] increased damage for 5 seconds (Empowering Buff) Noble seekers spawn at a constant rate based on your Fireteam size. Buffing allies with Noble Seekers grants ?|25%|?|?|? Class Ability energy based when your fireteam has 2|3|4|5|6 members. Seekers prioritize allies who have not been healed in the last 8 seconds followed by nearby allies. Seekers will not target an ally more than once every 4 seconds.
