What the Foetracer perks do
Relentless Tracker
Dealing ability damage to unhighlighted Elite, Miniboss, Boss, or Player targets highlights them for 10 seconds and grants 4 Stacks of Weapon Surge matching the element of the used ability for 16 [11] seconds. Highlight duration is not refreshable. Killing highlighted targets with weapons matching the element of the highlighting ability spawns an Elemental Pickup corresponding to the element in question. Elemental Pickups include Firesprites, Ionic Traces, Stasis Shards, Tangles, and Void Breaches.
