Passively grants the following benefits while a Hand Cannon is readied: • 20 Airborne Effectiveness • 6.25% increased Sprint Speed • 33% increased Slide Distance Readying a Hand Cannon grants 'Illegally Modded Holster' for 6 seconds (for the PVE-only benefits of the perk, consider this the 0th Stack). 'Illegally Modded Holster' grants the following benefits to Hand Cannons: • 100 Ready Speed Handling • 0.6x Ready Animation Duration Multiplier • 30% decreased Accuracy Cone Size • PVE ONLY: Direct Hits grant a Stack of 'Illegally Modded Holster'. Maximum of 10 Stacks. 'Illegally Modded Holster' grants 45% increased Direct Impact damage per Stack, maxing out at 450%. Boss-Tier Enemies take 33% decreased damage from Lucky Pants shots. • Uncivil Discourse only recieves 30% increased damage per stack. • Sturm's Overcharged Rounds only receive 11% increased damage per Stack (110%). • Hawkmoon's Paracausal Shot receives 5% increased damage per stack upon being fired (50%). • Malfeasance's Explosive Shadow is unaffected by the buff. While at 'Illegally Modded Holster x7' or higher: Swapping to a non-Hand Cannon weapon or the buff expiring grants you the 'Out of Luck' debuff. 'Out of Luck' prevents you from reacquiring 'Illegally Modded Holster' for 10 seconds.
