What the Mask of Fealty perks do
Null Factor
Withering Blade hits and bounces grant 7.5% Melee Ability Energy. Additionally, the 1st and 3rd bounces spawn a Small Stasis Crystal. Shattering a Stasis Crystal or Frozen Enemy with Withering Blade releases a spread of 3 Withering Blades. Ability energy gained is NOT affected by Chunk Energy Scalars.
