What the Nothing Manacles perks do
Scatter Charge
Grants an extra Scatter Grenade Ability Charge. Stacks with Chaos Accelerant's additional grenade charge. Kills with Scatter Grenade spawn 3 additional scatter submunitions. Submunition kills cannot chain. Scatter Grenades are faster and receive Chaos Accelerant's Tracking Bonus. This does not stack with Chaos Accelerant.
