What the Ophidia Spathe perks do
Scissor Fingers
Grants an extra Solar Melee Ability charge. All Melee charges are recharged simultaneously. (e.g.: both are recharged on Gambler's Dodge) Throwing Knife Kills increase Throwing Knife damage by 30%|60%|200% after 1|2|3 Kills for 5 seconds. Casting Gambler's Dodge refreshes the buff's duration. Interaction with the Knock 'Em Down Aspect while Radiant: • Knife Kills restore 1 charge • Knife Trick Precision Kills and Direct Ignition Kills in which Knife Trick applied the initial Scorch restore both charges
