What the Rime-coat Raiment perks do
Enhances Bleak Watcher: • Targeting Range is increased to 50 meters • Creates 4 outward-tilted Medium Stasis Crystals around where it spawns (these respawn after 15 seconds) • Releases a Stasis Storm in a 3 meter radius Standing in the Stasis Storm grants a Stack of 'Icicle' every second. Maximum of 5 Stacks. Shooting consumes a Stack of Icicle, releasing a Stasis Projectile that deals 50 [?] damage and applies 50 [20] Slow Stacks for ? seconds. Icicle can fire every 0.2 seconds. Icicle Stacks expire if you leave the Stasis Storm for more than 2 seconds.
