Sanguine Alchemy

While standing in a Rift or a Well of Radiance: • Grants 4 Stacks of Super-Matching Weapon Surge • Damaging enemies marks them for 5 seconds, increasing your damage against them by 10% (stacks with everything, does not buff teammates' damage) • Kills grant 'Blood Magic' for 5 seconds. Maximum of 15 seconds. Blood Magic pauses the duration of Rifts for as long as it is active. Doesn't apply to Well of Radiance. Swapping to Sanguine Alchemy in combat disables its effects for 10 seconds.
