What the Sealed Ahamkara Grasps perks do
Powered Melee Kills and Finishers grant Nightmare Fuel for 7 seconds. Gaining Nightmare Fuel grants 35% [20%] increased weapon damage (Empowering Buff), ? Handling, 50 Airborne Effectiveness, and refills the magazine of all stowed weapons from reserves. Readying a different weapon after gaining Nightmare Fuel refreshes its duration. Swapping weapons again removes the buff. Scoring a kill with a weapon currently benefitting from Nightmare Fuel grants you a fresh instance of the buff (as if you scored another Powered Melee Kill), allowing you to switch weapons again.
