Secant Filaments

Casting your Empowering Rift with a Void Super equipped grants Devour for 11 seconds (17 seconds with Echo of Persistence), and kills with Devour active grant you 10% Class Ability energy. Empowering Rifts cast by you have additional behaviors: • Standing in the Rift grants you Devour for 11 seconds (17 seconds with Echo of Persistence) • Exiting and re-entering the Rift refreshes the duration of Devour without needing a kill. Legacy (Non-Functional) Perk: Empowering Rifts you cast grant Overload Shot to you and allies. Previously, this allowed non-intrinsic weapons to gain Disruption, with the exception that it could not overwrite pre-existing intrinsics. However, now that all weapons have an intrinsic Breaker-type, Secants can no longer overwrite any of them. This breaks the UI in your weapons tray and leaves this portion of the exotic non-functional.
