Weapon Kills grant 100 Handling and a 0.825x Handling Animation Duration Multiplier to all weapons for 8.5 seconds. Additional kills while the perk is active refresh the duration to 6.5 seconds.

After being in Combat for 12 seconds: Grants 15% increased damage, 100 Handling, and 100 Reload Speed for 7.2 seconds. Works and can activate while stowed. Dealing and receiving damage refreshes the buff duration. For Frenzy, being in Combat is defined as having either dealt or received damage within the last 5 seconds. Self-damage and environmental damage do not count.

Weapon Kills decrease Charge/Draw Time by 37.5% for 6 seconds. Kills while the perk is active add 4 seconds to the duration up to a maximum of 20 seconds. Buff is removed on stow.

On Weapon Kill: Grants 8% Ability Energy split equally amongst all uncharged abilities. Abilities with multiple charges only receive one third of the ability energy normally split to them once they have a full ability charge ready. Increases damage by 12.1% [3%] to 25.6% [6%] as the Magazine drops from 50% of its base capacity to empty. The buff in PVE ranges between 10.3% and 22.9% instead on Fusion Rifles and Aggressive Frame Linear Fusion Rifles. Does not buff the Splash/Explosive damage elements of other perks.

Passively grants 30 Magazine Size stat. (Identical to a Backup Mag mod) While Magazine is at or above maximum capacity: Grants 30% increased damage and causes enemies to explode on death, dealing 162.5 damage in a ? meter radius. Explosions inherit the weapon's element and Combatant Damage Scaling. Explosions triggered with Linear Fusion Rifle kills deal an additional 30% increased damage.

Scoring Weapon Hits against 3 Separate Enemies within 3 seconds of each grants 35% increased damage for 10 seconds. Does not require Direct Hits. Buff duration cannot be refreshed.

The upper 50% of the Magazine has up to 20 Stability and 30 Reload Speed. The benefits decrease linearly as the Magazine approaches 50% capacity.
