What the Starfire Protocol perks do
Fusion Harness
Grants the following with Fusion Grenades equipped: • An extra Grenade Charge • 100% Class Ability Energy on Fusion Grenade Kills • Passive 20% Additional Base Grenade Ability Recharge Rate While Radiant, in an Empowering Rift, or in a Well of Radiance: • Weapon Kills grant 15% Fusion Grenade energy • Weapon Hits grant 5% Fusion Grenade energy (0.4 second cooldown between activations) Ability energy gained is NOT affected by Chunk Energy Scalars.
