Hold [Reload] to activate Arc Seeker mode. Arc Seeker Mode reduces Fire Rate to 100 RPM and shoots tracking bolts that deal 76 [50] damage in a 3 meter radius. Special Note: Bolt Charge that is discharged through Arc Seeker hits counts as 'Scout Rifle Weapon Damage' and benefits from all increases that apply to this damage type. This allows the Bolt Charge detonations to scale both with traditional weapon damage buffs (like Radiant and Surges) and with Combatant Scalars. Furthermore, hits that would discharge Bolt Charge anyway (such as hits behind a Storm's Keep barricade or hits as the caster of a Well of Radiance) cause Bolt Charge to discharge twice, with one buffed as weapon damage and the other being a regular discharge. This damage increase to Bolt Charge can be further compounded by the Flashover Artifact Mod from the Tablet of Ruin, which adds a multiplicative 50%.

Precision Hits and Kills grant one stack of 'Dynamic Charge'. Maximum of 15 stacks. Holding [Reload] refills the magazine based on the number of stacks and converts them into 'Revolution' stacks. Switching modes again removes all stacks. Revolution stacks remain ready until fired, after which point they last 10 seconds. Arc Seekers gain 30% [Varying] increased damage per stack of Revolution, up to 450% increased damage. Arc Seekers also gain a non-linear increase to their splash radius, granting 33%|233% increased splash radius at x10|x20 Stacks (up to 4|7 meters in radius). While Revolution's timer is active, Arc Seekers generate x2 Bolt Charge for each hit and gain the ability to discharge Bolt Charge stacks. At or above 10 stacks of Revolution, hits generate x3 Bolt Charge. Bolt Charge generation is unaffected by Spark of Frequency.
