What the Telesto perks do
Fires seven bolts that deal impact damage and then explode after 5 seconds or when within 3 meters of an enemy. Due to repeated bugs and exploits, these bolts are immune to all forms of premature destruction. Upon detonation, each bolt deals 236 [47] damage in a 4 meter radius, down to a minimum of 12.5% damage at the edge of the radius.

Scoring 3 Void Kills from any source within 4.5 seconds of each refills the magazine. Kills with Telesto count as 2.
