What the Tractor Cannon perks do
Fires a powerful Void Blast that knocks back enemies. Minibosses and Bosses are unaffected by knockback. Hits apply Suppression as well as a higher tier Weaken that increases all damage dealt to the target by 30% for 10 seconds.
