Hits are counted from either your last reload or the last time the perk was triggered. Does not require Direct Hits. Requires firing 28.75% of the Magazine Capacity for the refill to activate. Cannot load the Magazine beyond its base capacity. Hits after triggering a refill do not count while the Rewind Rounds buff is active (1? second). Adaptive Burst Linear Fusion Rifle behavior: • Each individual bolt in the burst counts as a Hit • Refill amount is uniquely 14% of the number of Hits rounded up (numbers are subject to change once we get more data points)
Weapon Kills grant a Stack of Rampage. Maximum of 3 Stacks. Stacks expire one at a time every 4.5 seconds. Grants a 10%|21%|33.1% damage increase at 1|2|3 Stacks. Does not buff the Splash/Explosive damage elements of other perks.
Finishing a reload within ? seconds of a kill grants 'Bewildering Burst' for 6 seconds. While Bewildering Burst is active, your next Direct Hit spawns a Kinetic explosive above the target that detonates after a 0.85 second delay. The detonation deals 10 [4] damage and Disorients enemies within a 10 meter radius for 3.5 [1] seconds.
Grants the following benefits against low (under 30%) Health targets. Ignores Shield HP: • Increased Stagger Force • 7% to 15% increased damage, scaling with remaining Health • ? Increased Target Acquisition
Passively decreases the ADS Animation Duration: • 50% decrease on Primary Weapons • 20% decrease on Special Weapons
Aiming Down Sights for 1.5 seconds without firing grants the following for a single shot: • 10% increased Aim Assist Falloff Distance • 40% increased precision damage (35% for Scout Rifles, 30% for Heavy Ammo Sniper Rifles) Timer starts as soon as the ADS input is pressed. Unscoping immediately removes the buff. For glaives (Greasy Luck), the projectile must strike the target's critical hitbox in order to recieve the 40% [35%] damage bonus.
Killing Elemental-Debuffed targets or scoring 3 Elemental Kills within 4 seconds of each grants this weapon one stack of Ancillary Ordinance. Maximum of 4 stacks. Stacks can be earned while stowed. Kills consume a stack of Ancillary Ordinance to release a seeking Micro-Missile from the enemy's point of death, traveling up to 30 meters before dealing 330 [100] damage in a small radius. Killing Elemental-Debuffed Targets with this weapon instantly spawns a missile.
Picking up a Special ammo brick refills the magazine and grants 100 Reload and 35% [15%] increased damage for 6 seconds. Heavy ammo bricks grants the buff for 9 seconds. Timer only decreases while the weapon is readied, and remains paused while stowed.
Scoring multiple Direct Hits against a target within 3 seconds of each emits 3 damaging shockwaves from its location at the time of activation. Hit counter persists through stow. Shockwaves appear 0.25 seconds after scoring enough Hits and have a 1 second delay between each pulse. With Bows, the initial delay is decreased to 0.167 seconds. Each shockwave deals up to 90 [20] damage in a 6 meter radius. Shockwaves deal 33.33% more damage when activated on Miniboss or higher tier PvE Combatants. Shockwaves inherit Weapon Damage Buffs, the weapon's passive Kinetic Damage Bonus in PVE (10% on Primary, 15% on Special), and its Combatant Damage Scaling. They also count as non-direct Hits with the weapon for other interactions. The perk cannot be retriggered by anyone on a target until 2? seconds after the last shockwave. Hits required for Activation: • Submachine Guns: 14 • Auto Rifles: 12 • Pulse Rifles: 11 • Sidearms: 8 • Precision Hand Cannons and Precision Scout Rifles: 6 • Hand Cannons, Scout Rifles: 5 • Bows, Sniper Rifles: 3
Dealing Elemental Damage grants a stack of Elemental Honing for 20 seconds for each unique Element used. Maximum of 5 stacks. Gaining a stack refreshes the buff duration. Duration cannot be refreshed once at 5 stacks. Buff can be activated while stowed. Kinetic Damage does not trigger the buff. Weapon damage increase at 1|2|3|4|5 stacks by weapon damage type: • Kinetic: 10%|20%|30%|35%|40% • Elemental (PVE): 2.5%|10%|20%|30%|35% • Elemental (PVP): 1.25%|5%|20%|30%|35%
Hits against Minor Combatants grant 2 Stacks of Redirection. Maximum of 30 Stacks. Stacks remain active while stowed. Hits against Elite or higher-ranked Combatants consume up to 3 Stacks to grant 33% increased damage per Stack consumed.
Reaching critical health or having an ally die within ? meters of you grants one stack of 'Loss'. Maximum of 10 stacks. Loss grants the following benefits for each stack: • ? Stability • ? Handling • ? Aim Assistance Stacks remain active until you die.
