Counts as a Strand Weapon for most armor mods. Solar Explosion will only be buffed by Solar Surge mods. Hold down the trigger to charge this weapon's rocket through three stages. At base, it takes 4.85 seconds to fully charge Whirling Ovation. Upon reaching the first stage, a high damage delayed Solar Explosive is added to the rocket, which detonates after 1? second and deals damage in a 10 meter radius. Holding down the trigger for 0.4 seconds after reaching maximum charge automatically fires the rocket. This weapon's launch barrel is optimized for projectile speed. • Greatly increases projectile speed • Decreases stability • Slightly decreases blast radius

Increases charge time by 40ms and damage by 2%.

Anticipation passively charges over 160 seconds. Dealing damage with other weapons drastically reduces the charge rate based on damage dealt, which at its fastest reaches 100% charge in 3 seconds. Firing (not holding down the trigger, despite what the UI shows) consumes the meter. The time required to fully charge Whirling Ovation's rocket is reduced to 4.25|3.75|3.15|2.5|2 seconds at 20%|40%|60%|80|100% Anticipation.
