What Apollonic Tangent does

While at 3 stacks, hip-firing a fully-drawn arrow spawns a Guidance Ring. Guidance Ring lasts 20 seconds and will rotate in place to face you. Only one Guidance Ring per-guardian can exist at a time, but up to 3 Guidance Rings can exist across a fireteam. Each Guidance Ring can stack. Firing any fully-drawn arrow through the Guidance Ring triggers several additional seeking projectiles, each dealing 192 [15] damage. Seekers gain 50% [15-20%] increased damage past 40 meters and have a maximum range of 80 meters. Precision hits with the fired arrow guide the seekers towards that enemy. Each seeker applies 15 Scorch (20 with Ember of Ashes) and deals Weapon-Element Matching Explosive Damage in a 4 meter radius. Guidance Rings grant their benefits to any Combat Bow, including Legendaries, Exotics, Heavy Crossbows, Shadowshot, and also Buried Bloodline. Arrows fired by Hierarchy of Needs release three seekers, while most other bows release two. Casting Shadowshot: Deadfall releases six.
