What Blessing of the Sky does

Hip-Firing consumes one stack of 'Noble Rounds' and fires a healing orb that seeks the closest ally within a ? meter radius. Healing orbs restore 90HP to all allies within a ? meter radius of impact, and grant both you and them 'Blessing Of The Sky'. Blessing of The Sky is an Empowering Buff that grants 35% [15%] increased Weapon Damage and 100 Class Stat for 11 seconds.
