What Exhaustive Research does
Aiming Down Sights at an enemy within 60 meters loads up a Micro-Rocket over 0.6 seconds. Micro-Rocket replaces a regular bullet, firing a tracking missile that matched the weapon's element and deals up to ? Explosive Damage in a ? meter radius. 5.5 second cooldown before a new rocket can be loaded.
