What Heart Piercer does
Slug rounds shatter on impact into 7 semi-tracking submunitions that deal 99 [5] damage each. Direct Slug Hits will deal damage with every submunition. Submunitions are unaffected by damage falloff and ricochet 3 times. They deal 18% reduced damage on the first bounce, then 42.5% reduced damage on subsequent bounces. Submunitions will attempt to steer towards enemies within 5 meters of their ricochet.
