What Judgment does

Deals 50% less damage than Legendary Trace Rifles. Dealing 10 [5] hits within 0.15 seconds of each creates a 'Vex Cage' around the target for 1.25 seconds. At maximum rate of fire, this cage forms in 0.67 seconds. Maintaining the cage does not require continuous fire. Targets within a Vex Cage receive 15% increased damage from all sources (30% for Divinity). For sources that can deal precision damage, any damage dealt to a Vex Cage is treated as a Precision Hit.
