What Latent Power does
Direct Hits, Precision Hits, and Kills with this weapon charge 'Latent Power'. The amount of charge granted varies by source: • Hits: 4% • Precision Hits: 8% • Kills: 25% Upon reaching 100% Progress towards Latent Power, hold [Reload] to enter 'Unleashed Power' and gain the following benefits for 13 seconds: • Instantly refill the magazine • Increase RPM to 225 • Significantly improved Hip-Fire Accuracy • ? Stability and ? Aim Assist • Shots fired are immediately returned to the magazine, effectively granting infinite ammo Every shot fired in this mode also Weakens targets for 6 seconds on hit and gain Explosive Payloads that deal an additional 87 [?] damage on hit. After 3 seconds, Unleashed Power changes into Overwhelming Power, which drains 13 HP every second for the remaining 10 seconds of the buff. Special Note: While Empowerment is active and this weapon is readied, Rocket Launchers and Micro-Missile damage is increased by 30%. Hazardous Propulsion Rockets deal 200% increased damage.
