Kills with this or other MIDA-Synergy weapons grants progress towards the 4-stage 'Software Update' counter. Each stage requires an equal number of kills in order to advance. Dying resets progress to the start of the previous stage. Progress to the next stage is granted by ammo type: • Primary: 15% [100%] Stage Progress • Special: 10% [50%] Stage Progress Benefits at each stage of Software Update: • Chip: 25% decreased Handling Animation Speed • Barrel: 15 Range and 15 Stability • Optics: 15% increased Aim Assist Falloff distance and 5% increased Auto Aim cone angle • Ammo: Shots explode on impact, dealing 19 [7] damage in a 3 meter radius Software Update also grants 4.8%|9.6%|14.4%|14.4% increased damage against PvE Combatants at Stages 1|2|3|4.
