While Aiming Down Sights, this gun becomes a Rapid-Fire Pulse Rifle and deals 30% increased damage to Arc-Debuffed targets. Defeating Arc-Debuffed targets while ADS causes a explosion that deals 100 [?] damage in an 8? meter radius and Blinds for 10 seconds. Damage falls to 0% at the edge of the radius.
