Finishing a reload after having dealt damage with the weapon grants a Stack of Splicer Surge. Maximum of 3 Stacks. Splicer Surge grants the following at 1|2|3 Stacks: • 10? | 20? | 45? Handling • 10 | 20 | 45 Reload Speed • 0.967x | 0.934x | 0.9x Reload Duration Multiplier Stowing the weapon removes the buff.
