What Storm and Stress does
Kills with Sturm overfill the magazine of Together Forever weapons by 1 round. Maximum of 100% increased Magazine Size. Kills with Together Forever weapons progressively grant Overcharge Rounds. Maximum of 25 rounds. Chaining together Forever Weapon kills within 3 seconds of each grants additional stacks per kill. The second kill grants 2 rounds, and further kills in the chain grant 3 rounds. Sturm's Overcharge Rounds deal increased damage based on Combatant Rank: • Minors and Elites: 300% • Minibosses and Champions: 280% • Bosses: 260% • Players: 75%
