What Superconductor does
While Arc Conductor is active: Gain 10% increased damage, 100 Handling, and each shot fired has a 33% chance to fully refill the magazine. Scoring 2 to 3 hits within 0.2 seconds of each other causes the target to chain 'weak' lightning to the closest enemy within an 8 meter radius for 22 [?] damage. Enemies hit by this 'weak' lightning release multiple stronger chains of lightning around them, striking up to 4 targets in an 8 meter radius for 28 [?] damage. The stronger chains of lightning only target enemies that haven't been hit by them for 0.33 seconds.
