What Temporal Manipulation II does
Hold [Reload] to refill 3 ammo and switch between firing modes: • Arc Mode fires at 150 RPM • Stasis Mode fires at 95 RPM and deals explosive splash damage in a 3 meter radius. Scoring 3 Kills or Precision Hits within 7 seconds of each grants 'Arc|Stasis Overcharge' when in Stasis|Arc firing mode. Overcharge drains at a rate of 4.5% per second once earned. Buff is removed if you swap off the mode matching its element.
