This Fusion Rifle fires its bolts one at a time, behaving like a High-Impact Auto Rifle. Emptying the magazine refills 80% of the number of Hits landed (rounded up) into the magazine from reserves. Requires at least 9 hits to activate. Unlike traditional Rewind Rounds, this refill has no cooldown.
