What Veteran's Wisdom does
Precision kills or 3 kills within 3 seconds of each triggers a Kinetic shockwave at the enemy's point of death. Kinetic Shockwave deals very low damage in an 8 (🡅 9) meter radius and applies Exhaust for 10 seconds, reducing enemy damage output.
