pandapaxxy (PvE / M+KB / Controller): "Praedyth’s Revenge is following in other sniper's footsteps. You can go with a tried and true perk combo of Fourth Time's the Charm and High-Impact Reserves like the IKELOS_SR_v1.0.2 did first, enhanced Kinetic Tremors for two shot AoE or Rewind Rounds for non stop firing line like Supremacy. Either way it feels like Bungie didn't push the needle as far with this refresh. Granted it's like the fourth time(‘s the charm) this sniper has been released so it's understandable." Recommended MW: Reload Speed.

Inspired by @PodvsEnemies episode 131 from 5 March 2025 (https://open.spotify.com/episode/2TAB3PL2u2Qigv2YejzhGJ?si=09c3555ccf5c4dcc) with @CourtProjects, @Saint_Kabr and @ImpetusAlways (PvE PvE-Boss PvE-BossSpec PvE-EndGame PvE-God M+KB Controller): First-choice PvE pick for sustained damage against Bosses in both general at-level or better, and in end-game underleveled content. The combination of trait perks and the Timelost Magazine origin trait make Praedyth's Revenge a serious option for a boss special weapon when using a heavy that does damage over time. At base, the stats are excellent by comparison with its peers - 34 Range and 49 Zoom, 40 Stability is ×1.1225 flinch resist at 100 Resilience, 70 Handling is 0.32s ready, 0.37s ADS and 0.29s stow speed, 63 Reload Speed is a 2.65s reload (2.12s with the Rapid-Fire frame intrinsic when reloading from an empty magazine) and Recoil Direction is 55. Base magazine size is 6 (maximum 7), and with 0/1/2/3 reserves mods total ammo is 30/32/35/35 (max 35). You'll need to keep hitting crits, so use the barrel perk to improve the Recoil Direction, or add Stability. For the magazine perk, Tactical Mag gets you to the maximum of 7 shots to make the most of the origin trait, or look to just increase Stability or Reload Speed with Flared Magwell or Alloy Mag. In the first trait perk column, for boss damage, look for options that bypass reload and extend your magazine - Envious Arsenal pairs perfectly with Bait and Switch, or Rewind Rounds or Fourth Time's the Charm keep you shooting. The second column offers a traditional Bait and Switch for ×1.3 damage for rotating through your weapons or Elemantal Honing for up to ×1.4 damage if you can cycle through five different elemental damage types. The Timelost Magazine origin trait is very strong for PvE - essentially, the Thresh trait perk for free to build your super quickly on kills, and then providing a ×2 magazine size for 20s after your super finishes, refilling the mag from your reserves, making it ideal for boss damage phases. Recommended MW: Handling or Reload Speed, with a Backup Mag mod in you aren't at 7 shots in the mag or Quick Access Sling if you are, or when fully enhanced possibly an Anti-Flinch or Tactical Mod. Also, don't forget to check whether there's a useful Seasonal Fragile mod for the activity you're running.|tags:PvE PvE-Boss PvE-BossSpec PvE-EndGame PvE-God M+KB Controller

Enhanced Kinetic Tremors can allow you to relive the glory days of rapid-fire snipers and two shot body again. Opening Shot will help make sure you don't have to body shot to kill." The second column offers a traditional Bait and Switch for ×1.3 damage for rotating through your weapons or Elemantal Honing for up to ×1.4 damage if you can cycle through five different elemental damage types - both of these multipliers also affect Kinetic tremors damage too. The Timelost Magazine origin trait is very strong for PvE - essentially, the Thresh trait perk for free to build your super quickly on kills, and then providing a ×2 magazine size for 20s after your super finishes, refilling the mag from your reserves, making it ideal for boss damage phases. What these Praedyth's Revenge perks do

Fourth Time's the Charm

Scoring 4 Precision Hits within 2 seconds of each refills 2 Ammo into the Magazine from thin air. Cannot load the Magazine beyond its base capacity. Precision Hit counter persists through stow.

High-Impact Reserves

Increases damage by 12.1% [3%] to 25.6% [6%] as the Magazine drops from 50% of its base capacity to empty. The buff in PVE ranges between 10.3% and 22.9% instead on Fusion Rifles and Aggressive Frame Linear Fusion Rifles. Does not buff the Splash/Explosive damage elements of other perks.

Frenzy

After being in Combat for 12 seconds: Grants 15% increased damage, 100 Handling, and 100 Reload Speed for 7.2 seconds. Works and can activate while stowed. Dealing and receiving damage refreshes the buff duration. For Frenzy, being in Combat is defined as having either dealt or received damage within the last 5 seconds. Self-damage and environmental damage do not count.

Bait and Switch

Dealing damage with a weapon starts a 7 second timer. Dealing additional weapon damage resets the timer to 7 seconds. Dealing damage with all 3 of your weapons without letting the timer run out grants you 'Bait and Switch' for 10 seconds, granting 30% increased damage. Timer is disabled while Bait and Switch is active, requiring a full activation sequence once the buff expires.

Kinetic Tremors

Scoring multiple Direct Hits against a target within 3 seconds of each emits 3 damaging shockwaves from its location at the time of activation. Hit counter persists through stow. Shockwaves appear 0.25 seconds after scoring enough Hits and have a 1 second delay between each pulse. With Bows, the initial delay is decreased to 0.167 seconds. Each shockwave deals up to 90 [20] damage in a 6 meter radius. Shockwaves deal 33.33% more damage when activated on Miniboss or higher tier PvE Combatants. Shockwaves inherit Weapon Damage Buffs, the weapon's passive Kinetic Damage Bonus in PVE (10% on Primary, 15% on Special), and its Combatant Damage Scaling. They also count as non-direct Hits with the weapon for other interactions. The perk cannot be retriggered by anyone on a target until 2? seconds after the last shockwave. Hits required for Activation: • Submachine Guns: 14 • Auto Rifles: 12 • Pulse Rifles: 11 • Sidearms: 8 • Precision Hand Cannons and Precision Scout Rifles: 6 • Hand Cannons, Scout Rifles: 5 • Bows, Sniper Rifles: 3

Rewind Rounds

Upon emptying the Magazine: Refills 60% of the number of Hits landed (rounded up) into the Magazine from reserves. Hits are counted from either your last reload or the last time the perk was triggered. Does not require Direct Hits. Requires firing 28.75% of the Magazine Capacity for the refill to activate. Cannot load the Magazine beyond its base capacity. Hits after triggering a refill do not count while the Rewind Rounds buff is active (1? second). Adaptive Burst Linear Fusion Rifle behavior: • Each individual bolt in the burst counts as a Hit • Refill amount is uniquely 14% of the number of Hits rounded up (numbers are subject to change once we get more data points)

Opening Shot

Grants the following benefits for your first shot (of the burst): • 20 Aim Assist and 25 Range • 5% decreased Accuracy Cone Size • 10% decreased Accuracy Cone Growth Special weapons only receive 50% of the benefits. Stats are rounded up. Firing the weapon prevents the perk from activating for 3 seconds.

Firefly

On Precision Kills: • Target explodes, dealing 104 [80] Solar damage in a 4 meter radius • Grants 50 Reload Speed for 6 seconds

Discord

Grants the following for 7 seconds upon readying the weapon within 5? seconds of scoring a Kill with a different weapon: • 25% decreased ADS Animation Duration • 25% decreased Accuracy Cone Size • 30 Airborne Effectiveness Weapon Kills while Discord is active fully refill the Magazine of Primary Weapons, and refund 1 Ammo for Special and Power Weapons. (Scoring multiple kills with a single shot/burst still only refunds 1 ammo.)

No Distractions

Grants 35% Flinch Resistance after 1 second of Aiming Down Sights (ADS) without firing. Remains active until you're no longer ADS. Timer starts as soon as the ADS input is pressed.

Elemental Honing

Dealing Elemental Damage grants a stack of Elemental Honing for 20 seconds for each unique Element used. Maximum of 5 stacks. Gaining a stack refreshes the buff duration. Duration cannot be refreshed once at 5 stacks. Buff can be activated while stowed. Kinetic Damage does not trigger the buff. Weapon damage increase at 1|2|3|4|5 stacks by weapon damage type: • Kinetic: 10%|20%|30%|35%|40% • Elemental (PVE): 2.5%|10%|20%|30%|35% • Elemental (PVP): 1.25%|5%|20%|30%|35%

Alloy Magazine

Linearly grants a Reload Duration Multiplier as your magazine drops from 50% capacity to empty. Reload Duration Multiplier scales from 0.9x at 50% capacity to 0.8x with an empty magazine.

Envious Arsenal

Dealing any damage with both of your other weapons refills the magazine from reserves upon readying the weapon.
