pandapaxxy (PvE / M+KB / Controller): "Whisper is back and craftable. What seems to be the best perks for our dear friend Xol, Will of Thousands? Arrowhead Brake is the best in slot for making the recoil direction vertical, but if you don't need that, Corkscrew Rifling or Fluted Barrel for the added stats. Bungie decided against magazine extending perks so the best here is Flared Magwell for when you miss and need to reload. Alloy Mag is great if you do run out of ammo and need to reload before another boss fight or after a wipe. In the third column Field Prep brings up the already buffed reserves while also making reloading faster when crouched. The final column are the stocks and Short-Action Stock is the best for the added handling, if you didn't slot in Arrowhead Brake and still want the recoil direction bumped up you could instead go for Fitted Stock."

Grants the following while Crouched: • 50 Reload Speed • 0.8x Reload Duration Multiplier • 0.8x Ready/Stow Duration Multiplier Passively grants 20 Ammo Generation stat. (50% more than 1 Ammo Generation armor mod)

Whispered Breathing

Grants 30 Reload Speed. Aiming Down Sights for 1.2 seconds without firing grants 'Whispered Breathing' until you leave ADS. Whispered Breathing grants 35% increased precision damage, and an additional 10.77% increased damage against PvE Combatants.

No Distractions

Grants 35% Flinch Resistance after 1 second of Aiming Down Sights (ADS) without firing. Remains active until you're no longer ADS. Timer starts as soon as the ADS input is pressed.

Enlightened Action
