Arc Conductor
What Arc Conductor does
Powered Heavy Attacks grant 'Arc Conductor' for 6 seconds. While Arc Conductor is active, gain 50% [15%] Damage Resistance to Arc Damage and emit chain lightning around you in a 12 meter radius every 0.25 seconds, dealing 171 [26] damage per tick. On single targets, a bonus second tick triggers every 1.5 seconds. Lightning is treated as sword damage. Buff is removed on stow.
Recieving Arc Damage activates 'Arc Conductor' for 6 seconds. Direct Weapon Kills extend the buff by 3 seconds, up to 6 seconds. While Arc Conductor is active, gain 50% [15%] Arc Damage Resistance. Arc Conductor can be activated and grants its benefits even while stowed.
