Deals 100% increased damage against Champions at all times. Scoring 12 Precision Hits grants a charge of 'Targeting Data'. Maximum of 4 charges. Hold [Reload] to convert each fully charged stack of Targeting Data into a precision sniper round. Sniper rounds fire at 72RPM, have perfect accuracy (even from the hip), and deal 1833 [474] precision damage. Hits with sniper rounds trigger a 322 [20] damage Kinetic Shockwave that applies Exhaust for 5 seconds in a 6 meter radius.
