What Mega Kill Clip does

Finishing a reload within ? seconds of a Weapon Kill grants 40% increased damage for a duration based on the number of kills achieved before reloading. Maximum of 20 seconds. Base duration is 3 + 2 additional seconds for each kill scored before reloading (One kill is 5 seconds, two kills is 7 seconds...) Additional kill-reloads will additively stack on top of the currently active timer, extending its duration up to the maximum.
