3 kills within 3? seconds of each spawns a Lightning Strike centered on the last target defeated, followed by a Lightning Storm. Lightning Strike deals 382 [?] damage in a 7 meter radius after 1.1 seconds, which falls to 0% damage at the edge of its radius. Lighting Storm occurs 0.5 seconds after the Lightning Strike and releases 4 bolts spread in an X-Pattern over the target, dealing 426 [?] damage in a 5 meter radius. Damage falls to 25% at the edge of the radius.
On 3 Precision Hits within 6 seconds of each: • Grants x1 Bolt Charge • Summons a lightning strike after 1.1 seconds, dealing 973 [300] damage in a 7 meter radius • Summons a lightning storm 0.5 seconds later, dealing 584 [180] damage in a spread-X pattern in a 5 meter radius. Lightning storm staggers enemies and deals 25% damage at the edge of its radius. Enemies can only take damage from the storm once. Precision Hit progress is removed on stow.
