Subjugation
What Subjugation does
Perk behavior changes depending on the enemy rank of the target you're shooting. Against Minor and Elite Combatants: Shots explode on hit, dealing up to 6.5 (32.5 on Shotgun) additional damage in a 3? meter radius. Explosions inherit the weapon's Combatant Damage Scaling. Trace Rifle-specific: only every 4th Hit explodes. Against Minibosses and Bosses: Exhausts for 5 seconds on hit. Against Players: Grants ?% Flinch Resistance for ? seconds.
