What Taken Resolution does
Damaging 3 enemies within ? seconds of each generates 50% Blight. Blighted Seekers deal 173 [6.85] damage in a 3 meter radius each and chain two additional times to enemies within a 10 meter radius. Seekers can re-target enemies already hit by them.
