What Tithing Harvest does
Collecting a Stasis Shard refills the magazine. While Creeping Attrition is active, Precision Kills or Shattering a Stasis Crystal spawns a Small Stasis Shard which tracks back to you. 2 second cooldown between generating additional Stasis Shards.
