Landing 4 Precision Hits within 4.5 seconds of each other grants 'Creeping Attrition' for 4.5 seconds. Further Precision Hits refresh the timer. Buff is removed on stow. While Creeping Attrition is active, Precision Hits apply 40 [20] Slow for 4 seconds (8 [6] seconds with Whisper of Durance).
