Adamsdown_Boy - information as at v8.0.0.6 PvE / PvE-Boss / PvE-BossSpec / PvE-EndGame / PvE-God / M+KB / Controller): PvE pick for killing boss-tier Subjugators. As per @mossy_max (https://x.com/mossy_max/status/1804893174965338387) - boss-tier Subjugators have a 20% damage reduction to all non-matching damage, going up to 30% DR to all damage after they "screech", which counts as a shield in-game and reacts to shield-based trait perks. The Ilkelos Sniper rifle - still obtainable from the Seraph Shield mission - is shapeable, so you can craft exactly the roll to help. First, Arrowhead Brake to help with recoil (if you just drop one, Chambered Compensator or Polygonal Rifling will also to help land consistent crits). Then, as a Backup Mag mod gets you to the max of 7 shots, Seraph Rounds for all the benefits of High-Caliber, Armor-Piercing and Ricihet Rounds, or Steady Rounds for more recoil control. Enhanced Overflow in the first trait perk column overflows the mag to 15, or Fourth Times the charm will provide 10 crit hits without a reload. Finally, Under-Over provides +50% damage against the boss Subjugator "shield". Unfortunately, you won't see any benefot from the Rasputin's Arsenal origin trait as you're not actually breaking any shields. Recommended MW: Stability, with a Backup Mag mod

For those who don’t have the 2nd version of the Ikelos sniper, overflow and focused fury are a very fun combo for maximizing your damage per magazine. I prefer high-impact reserves and fourth time’s the charm for ammo refunding. Something about damage numbers going up consistently makes my smooth brain happy." Recommended MW - Reload.

Seraph Rounds

Combines the overpenetration from Armor-Piercing Rounds, the guaranteed ricochets from Ricochet Rounds, and the flinch increase from High-Caliber Rounds.

Under-Over

Increases damage against shielded targets: • 125% increase against PVE Combatant Overshields • 50% increase against PVE Combatant Elemental Shields and Barrier Champion Shields • 20% increase against Player Overshields and for bodyshots against Players with Woven Mail Notable Combatant Overshields include Shadow Legion Tech Pack and Lucent Moth Overshields. They are indicated with a glowing outline around the targets as well as a small blue health bar under the normal one. Does not buff the Splash/Explosive damage elements of other perks.

Overflow

Upon picking up Special or Heavy Ammo: Refills and Overfills the Magazine from reserves. Overfill amount maxes out at 100% of the Magazine Capacity. Activates even while stowed.

Fourth Time's the Charm

Scoring 4 Precision Hits within 2 seconds of each refills 2 Ammo into the Magazine from thin air. Cannot load the Magazine beyond its base capacity. Precision Hit counter persists through stow.

Slickdraw

Passively grants: • 100 Handling • 0.95x Ready Animation Duration Multiplier • 20% decreased Auto Aim Cone Size (No effect on Magnetism AKA Reticle Stickiness)

High-Impact Reserves

Increases damage by 12.1% [3%] to 25.6% [6%] as the Magazine drops from 50% of its base capacity to empty. The buff in PVE ranges between 10.3% and 22.9% instead on Fusion Rifles and Aggressive Frame Linear Fusion Rifles. Does not buff the Splash/Explosive damage elements of other perks.

Focused Fury

Scoring 35% of the Base Magazine Capacity as Precision Hits grants 25% increased damage for 11 seconds. Stowing or Reloading the weapon resets the Precision Hit counter. The buff remains active while stowed. Does not buff the Splash/Explosive damage elements of other perks.

Moving Target

Grants the following while Aiming Down Sights (ADS): • 10 Aim Assist • 10% decreased ADS Movement Speed Penalty

Elemental Capacitor

Grants Passive Bonuses based on the element of your selected Super's element: • Solar: 50 Reload Speed • Arc: 50 Handling • Void: 20 Stability • Strand: 20 Airborne Effectiveness • Stasis: 20 Recoil Direction & 20% decreased ADS Movement Speed Penalty

Perpetual Motion

While moving at a minimum of 2 meters per second: Grants a Stack of 'Perpetual Motion' after 2 seconds and a second Stack after 10 seconds. Each Stack provides 10 Stability, 10 Handling, and 10 Reload Speed. All Stacks are removed if movement speed is below 2 m/s for 0.5 seconds. Works and can activate while stowed.
