[YeezyGT's WQ] [MW: Handling] "Thoughtless is the secret DPS Sniper that we probably won't see properly utilised again until the next Raid race. With Enhanced Overflow, Extended Mag and Backup Mag, it maxes out at 17(!) in the mag, when paired with Font of Might, goes toe-to-toe with Izanagi's Burden. It's a bit more difficult to optimise swaps, but frees up the Exotic slot. Firing Line is the obvious option, though Focused Fury has a pretty low activation requirement, and allows you to use it solo / separate from teammates. That should come down to personal preference."

Depending on what you like your zoom to be at it could be a moot point, but with the recent adjustment to lower zoom sniper rifles they are still a competitive option. [...] The only reason to hang onto Shephard’s Watch would be to have an under pressure / opening shot roll in the eventual snapshot change Bungie teased." Recommended MW: Range or Handling.

Incredible utility in solo and group activities and it’s craftable so you can really get exactly what you want. In PvE there will be nothing that trumps overflow and firing line for group activities. If you really don’t like overflow then you can opt for rapid hit instead. Focused fury will be the go-to perk for solo activities or where you don’t have enough people for firing line to activate." Firing Line

Being within 15 meters of 2 allies grants 20% increased Precision Damage.

Overflow

Upon picking up Special or Heavy Ammo: Refills and Overfills the Magazine from reserves. Overfill amount maxes out at 100% of the Magazine Capacity. Activates even while stowed.

Rapid Hit

"Buffed Hits" grant 1 Stack of Rapid Hit for 2 seconds. Maximum of 5 Stacks. "Buffed Hits" refer to any "Yellow Number" Hits such as Precision Hits or Hits against debuffed targets. Benefits at 1|2|3|4|5 Stacks: • 2|12|14|18|25 Stability • 5|30|35|42|60 Reload Speed • 0.99x|0.96x|0.95x|0.945x|0.92x Reload Duration Multiplier

Focused Fury

Scoring 35% of the Base Magazine Capacity as Precision Hits grants 25% increased damage for 11 seconds. Stowing or Reloading the weapon resets the Precision Hit counter. The buff remains active while stowed. Does not buff the Splash/Explosive damage elements of other perks.

Snapshot Sights

Passively decreases the ADS Animation Duration: • 50% decrease on Primary Weapons • 20% decrease on Special Weapons

Firmly Planted

While Crouched: • 30 Handling and 20 Stability • -40% Accuracy Cone Size • -17% Accuracy Cone Growth • -80% horizontal Recoil Effects are halved on Fusion Rifles (decimals are rounded up).

Perpetual Motion

While moving at a minimum of 2 meters per second: Grants a Stack of 'Perpetual Motion' after 2 seconds and a second Stack after 10 seconds. Each Stack provides 10 Stability, 10 Handling, and 10 Reload Speed. All Stacks are removed if movement speed is below 2 m/s for 0.5 seconds. Works and can activate while stowed.

Quickdraw

Switching to the Weapon grants 100 Ready/Stow Handling and a 0.95x Ready Animation Duration Multiplier for 1 second. Buff is removed as soon as ADS input is pressed.

Land Tank

Kills with the weapon grant a stack of Land Tank. Maximum of 3 stacks. Land Tank grants 10|20|30 Health stat and 5%|10%|15% Damage Resist against PvE Combatants for 5 seconds at 1|2|3 stacks.
