Aiming Down Sights grants the following benefits: • 10 Range • 10% increased Effective Zoom • 5% increased Projectile Speed The Effective Zoom increase pushes out Aim Assist Falloff by 10%, reduces (Absolute) Recoil by 10% and narrows the Accuracy and Aim Assist Cones by the same amount. (This is the normal behavior of Zoom and isn't unique to Rangefinder)
Each shot while holding down the trigger grants the following benefits: • 1 Stability • ?% decreased Accuracy Cone Size • 10% decreased Accuracy Cone Growth Reaches maximum strength after 10 shots, granting 10 Stability, ?% decreased Accuracy Cone Size, and 100% decreased Accuracy Cone Growth.
Upon emptying the Magazine: Refills 60% of the number of Hits landed (rounded up) into the Magazine from reserves. Hits are counted from either your last reload or the last time the perk was triggered. Does not require Direct Hits. Requires firing 28.75% of the Magazine Capacity for the refill to activate. Cannot load the Magazine beyond its base capacity. Hits after triggering a refill do not count while the Rewind Rounds buff is active (1? second). Adaptive Burst Linear Fusion Rifle behavior: • Each individual bolt in the burst counts as a Hit • Refill amount is uniquely 14% of the number of Hits rounded up (numbers are subject to change once we get more data points)

Weapon Kills grant 10% Grenade Ability Energy. Kills with Sniper Rifles, Shotguns, Glaives, and Fusion Rifles grant 20%. Using your Grenade Ability refills the Magazine with a 3 second cooldown. Weapon Kills grant a Stack of Rampage. Maximum of 3 Stacks. Stacks expire one at a time every 4.5 seconds. Grants a 10%|21%|33.1% damage increase at 1|2|3 Stacks. Does not buff the Splash/Explosive damage elements of other perks.
Picking up a Special ammo brick refills the magazine and grants 100 Reload and 35% [15%] increased damage for 6 seconds. Heavy ammo bricks grants the buff for 9 seconds. Timer only decreases while the weapon is readied, and remains paused while stowed.
Scoring multiple Direct Hits against a target within 3 seconds of each emits 3 damaging shockwaves from its location at the time of activation. Hit counter persists through stow. Shockwaves appear 0.25 seconds after scoring enough Hits and have a 1 second delay between each pulse. With Bows, the initial delay is decreased to 0.167 seconds. Each shockwave deals up to 90 [20] damage in a 6 meter radius. Shockwaves deal 33.33% more damage when activated on Miniboss or higher tier PvE Combatants. Shockwaves inherit Weapon Damage Buffs, the weapon's passive Kinetic Damage Bonus in PVE (10% on Primary, 15% on Special), and its Combatant Damage Scaling. They also count as non-direct Hits with the weapon for other interactions. The perk cannot be retriggered by anyone on a target until 2? seconds after the last shockwave. Hits required for Activation: • Submachine Guns: 14 • Auto Rifles: 12 • Pulse Rifles: 11 • Sidearms: 8 • Precision Hand Cannons and Precision Scout Rifles: 6 • Hand Cannons, Scout Rifles: 5 • Bows, Sniper Rifles: 3
Picking up an Ammo Brick causes the next shot fired to attach a Sticky Bomb on impact. Sticky Bomb detonates after 0.8 seconds, dealing up to ? [?] Kinetic Damage and Exhausting targets in 6 meter radius. Damage falls off to 50% at the edge of the radius. Sticky Bombs inherit the weapon's Combatant Damage Scaling.
Grants linearly scaling benefits as the Magazine drops from 50% capacity to empty: • 10 to 20 Range • 30? to 50? Handling • 10-20% decreased Handling Animation Duration • 5?% to 10?% decreased Accuracy Cone Size Special weapons only receive 50% of the benefits. Stats are rounded up.
Damage against Elemental-Debuffed Targets is increased per unique debuff applied to the target. Damage increased is 10%|20%|30% at 1|2|3 Debuffs.
Weapon Kills grant 1 Stack of Adrenaline Junkie for 4.5 seconds. Grenade Kills grant all 5 Stacks instantly even if the weapon is stowed. Adrenaline Junkie benefits: • 20 Handling • 6.7%|13.3%|20%|26.6%|33.3% increased damage at 1|2|3|4|5 Stacks
Dealing damage with this weapon grants one stack of 'Fail-Deadly'. Maximum stacks are equal to this weapon's base magazine capacity. Each stack grants ? Range, ? Aim Assist, and +1 Base Magazine Capacity, up to 100% Capacity. This increased Base Magazine Capacity will be considered the baseline for all other magazine-modifying traits, such as Overflow. All stacks are removed upon scoring a weapon kill.
