What Vanguard Determination does

Scoring a Weapon Kill within 20 seconds of using you Class Ability grants a stack of 'Vanguard's Determination' for 10 seconds. Maximum of 3 stacks. 'Vanguard's Determination' grants 2%|4%|6% Damage Resist at 1|2|3 stacks. Stacks are shared across different weapons with the Vanguard's Determination origin trait.
