[YeezyGT's S16] [MW: Reload] "Cold Front's direct competition comes in the form of Extraordinary Rendition, with a better stat package, and the S-Tier SMG perk: Frenzy, which allows it to never worry about Reload Speed (+50!). Cold Front cannot roll with this, and its base Reload is pretty paltry. You need to stack (FlaredMagwell/Reload MW/Perpetual x2) on Cold Front only to still fall 10 Reload behind Extraordinary with nothing but Frenzy. The other option here is to run Surplus, which, if you're able to maintain 3 active abilities (difficult post-ability changes), then you'll match the Frenzy buff, but be sacrificing a slot where you would have had Subsistence. Cold Front's main edge is that it rolls with S+ Tier perk Surrounded (only 750RPM in-slot that can), but I really believe you'd have to force yourself to run an SMG Reload mod to be happy with it over Rendition. Or if you just prefer the gun, which... makes sense as well."

Dynamic Sway Reduction

Each shot while holding down the trigger grants the following benefits: • 1 Stability • ?% decreased Accuracy Cone Size • 10% decreased Accuracy Cone Growth Reaches maximum strength after 10 shots, granting 10 Stability, ?% decreased Accuracy Cone Size, and 100% decreased Accuracy Cone Growth.

Thresh

Weapon Kills grant an additional 1% Super Energy. Kills with Sniper Rifles, Shotguns, Glaives, and Fusion Rifles grant an additional 1.5% instead.

Surrounded

Being within 15 meters of 3 Enemies grants 40% increased damage. Buff lingers for 1.5 seconds once the condition is no longer met. Exceptions: • Swords only receive a 35% damage increase. • Grenade and Rocket Launchers receive a 35% Explosive Damage increase and a 40% Impact Damage increase. • Wolfpack Rounds receive a 35% Explosive Damage increase.

Rampage

Weapon Kills grant a Stack of Rampage. Maximum of 3 Stacks. Stacks expire one at a time every 4.5 seconds. Grants a 10%|21%|33.1% damage increase at 1|2|3 Stacks. Does not buff the Splash/Explosive damage elements of other perks.

Surplus

Grants Stat Bonuses depending on the number of Charged Abilities. Stat Bonuses with 1|2|3+ Charged Abilities: • 5|15|25 Stability • 5|25|60 Handling • 10|25|60 Reload Speed

Subsistence

Weapon Kills refill 10% of the magazine (rounded up) from reserves. Submachine Gun and Auto Rifle Kills refill 17% of the magazine.

One for All

Scoring Weapon Hits against 3 Separate Enemies within 3 seconds of each grants 35% increased damage for 10 seconds. Does not require Direct Hits. Buff duration cannot be refreshed.

Swashbuckler

Weapon Kills grant a Stack of 'Swashbuckler' for 4.5 seconds. Maximum of 5 Stacks. (Glaive) Melee Kills grant all 5 Stacks instantly. Damage increase at 1|2|3|4|5 Stacks: 6.7% | 13.3% | 20% | 26.6% | 33.3% Stowing the weapon removes the buff.

Harmony

Upon readying the weapon within 3 seconds of getting a Kill with a different weapon: Grants 20% increased damage and 15 Handling for 7 seconds.

Perpetual Motion

While moving at a minimum of 2 meters per second: Grants a Stack of 'Perpetual Motion' after 2 seconds and a second Stack after 10 seconds. Each Stack provides 10 Stability, 10 Handling, and 10 Reload Speed. All Stacks are removed if movement speed is below 2 m/s for 0.5 seconds. Works and can activate while stowed.

Alloy Magazine

Linearly grants a Reload Duration Multiplier as your magazine drops from 50% capacity to empty. Reload Duration Multiplier scales from 0.9x at 50% capacity to 0.8x with an empty magazine.
