pandapaxxy (PvE / M+KB / Controller): Recommended MW: Reload. Aggressive Frame(120) Arc Hand Cannon Primary Ammo. "Combined Action is an interesting 120 for PvE. Hand cannons are not the most meta weapon to use in higher level PvE, but Voltshot combined with a low magazine can make it reliable and give you a reason to reload this hand cannon. No reload perk hurts Combined Action, almost making it unusable. Eddy Current exists, but won’t work with Voltshot, you need to be sprinting for 3 seconds to make it take effect."

pandapaxxy (PvP / Controller): Recommended MW: Stability. Aggressive Frame(120) Arc Hand Cannon Primary Ammo. "In PvP having an energy 120 with Kill Clip seems like a perfect weapon, however, Combined Action has terrible base stats that cannot really be brought up through perks like Surplus, Keep Away or even Well-Rounded. Zen Moment does bring up the stability, but I don’t think it’s worth it to try and chase."

What these Combined Action perks do

Voltshot

Finishing a reload within 5.3 seconds of a Weapon Kill grants Voltshot for 7 seconds. While Voltshot is active, your next Weapon Hit consumes the buff and applies Jolt to the target. Applied Jolt's damage (generally) does not count as Weapon Damage.

Zen Moment

Weapon Hits grant 1 Stack of the perk for 1 second up to the maximum of 5? Stacks. Benefits granted per Stack: • Grants ?% Flinch Resistance • Reduces Visual Weapon Shake by 15% • Reduces Reticle Bounce by 15% Stacks gained per Weapon Hit by weapon type: • Hand Cannons, Scout Rifles: 2? • Pulse Rifles, Sidearms: 1.5 • Other Weapons: 1

Eddy Current

Grants the following after sprinting for 1.5 seconds with the weapon readied: • 20 Reload Speed • 0.95x Reload Duration Multiplier • ? Handling • 0.95x Handling Animation Duration Multiplier Sprinting refreshes the buff duration. Being Amplified removes the sprinting requirement and increases the Reload Speed stat bonus to 60.

Timed Payload

Splits off 55% of the Weapon's Bodyshot damage into a Explosive Payload that detonates after a 0.6 second delay. The Payload deals 30% increased damage in PvE and staggers PvE Combatants more. The remaining Impact damage portion receives an increased Crit Multiplier to compensate for the Payload not benefitting from crits. [PvE] Total damage is increased by ~16.5% of the weapon's Bodyshot damage. On Crits, the overall increase is 10.9% for Adaptive/Precision Hand Cannons and 10.17% for Aggressive Hand Cannons. [PvP] Total damage remains roughly the same but can vary by 1-2% in either direction for crits.

Kill Clip

Finishing a reload within 3.6 seconds of a kill grants 25% increased damage for 5 seconds. Stowing the weapon removes the buff. Does not buff the Splash/Explosive damage elements of other perks.

Tunnel Vision

Grants the following for 5 seconds upon finishing a Reload within 3.6 seconds of a Weapon Kill: • 20 Aim Assist • ? ADS Handling • ?% decreased Accuracy Cone Growth
