Eye of the Storm will allow for some much needed forgiveness as the gunfight goes on. Opening Shot will all but guarantee your first shot is a crit. And Magnificent Howl will allow for two taps." Exalted Truth returns with a perk refresh and provides quite a convincing argument for popping into Trials to get some useful PvE rolls. At base, the stats are good by comparison with its peers - 50 Range and 14 Zoom equate to 30.75m ADS and 20.50m hipfire, 58 Stability is ×1.1641 flinch resist at 100 Resilience, 55 Handling is 0.32s ready, 0.24s ADS and 0.35s stow speed, 47 Reload Speed is a 2.61s reload, Recoil Direction is 95, and base magazine size is 11 (max 14). Use the barrel perk to improve Handling, and then the magazine perk can round out Reload Speed and/or bump up magazine size. For void builds, Destabilizing Rounds is in the first trait perk column, spreading volatility and proccing volatile rounds for clearing add crowds which you can combine in the second column with Repulsor Brace for a void overshield, or Demoralize to provide an effective ×1.18 damage boost to nearby enemies by spreading void weaken. The reworked Skulking Wolf origin trait can be useful in PvE, making enemies less accurate when firing at you for 10s after getting a kill while at low health, or if you're soloing content, Alacrity provides excellent gunfeel boosts: +20 to Range and Stability, +50 to Reload Speed and +10 to Aim Assist. Recommended MW: Handling with a Backup Mag mod or, when fully enhanced, Synergy to create Void Breaches or, when the artifact mod's around, Stunloader.
